A.C.E. AGILITY
Ability Confidence Enthusiasm
A.C.E.
is the oldest dog agility club in Massachusetts. We presently train in Palmer,
Massachusetts between Springfield and
Worcester, MA. Membership is open to all persons interested in dog agility.
A.C.E. sponsors an annual May agility trial in Granby, Massachusetts and other trials during the year.
Training
classes are held weekly 10 months of the
year with special events and seminars during the year.
Agility Is For All Dogs
A.C.E. Agility Inc. welcomes all dogs:
mixed breeds and purebreds alike. A.C.E. Agility's logo features Suzy, a
mixed breed dog to emphasize that agility is
a sport for all dogs. Suzy never competed in an agility trail but she had a great time doing agility at A.C.E.
Can my Dog Learn Agility?
A.C.E.
experienced teachers to conduct Beginners Agility Classes and
Intermediate Classes. Your dog need
not know obedience before attending a beginner's class. If your dog has obedience
training, it will be very helpful.
Beginner's classes will go over the basic commands such as Sit, Come, Stay & Down.
Currently A.C.E. has
Beginners and Intermediate agility classes on Tuesday evenings with Advanced classes on
Wednesday evenings. Classes are
held in Palmer, Massachusetts near exit 8 of the Mass Pike.
Visitors are welcome to
come and watch the fun.

A.C.E.
has members that just train their dogs for fun and exercise. Other members compete in agility
trials and earn titles
for their dogs. Some members compete at the national level with their dogs.
Dogs have many opportunities to compete
and earn titles. All dogs are eligible
to compete with the USDAA, NADAC, ASCA, CPE and UKC national agility organizations. The AKC
now has an agility program for AKC
registered dogs. Many breed clubs sponsor agility events also.
